Harin Kamaragoda is the CEO of Aaru and Chairman of Katalyst Kapital. He began his career as an Investment Advisor at John Keells Stock Brokers, then held senior sales and management roles at Techwaters and Kayjay Electronics. From 2022 to 2026 he was Head of Sales at Southbeach Weligama. There he worked alongside the project's chairman and its development lead, and handled both the business side (sales, marketing, legal liaison, banking coordination, client-side design and post-sale relations) and on-site operations, including inspections and investor tours, through a period of national challenges. Harin also comes from a family business in swimming pool construction with a legacy of more than 30 years, which gave him hands-on grounding in construction and site management. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of London.

Sasitharan Ranjan, known as Sasi, is a Director of Aaru and has served on the board of Bayside Ventures since August 2025. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Paradise HQ in Australia since 2021 and Chief Financial Officer of Circle360 Creative Solutions in Sri Lanka since 2023. Before that, he was Strategy Lead for Property Management at Woolworths Group in Australia from 2022 to 2023. He holds a Master of Information Systems from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Boston University. He brings financial rigour and a strategic view to Aaru's governance and investor relations.

He has worked as a Business Analyst at Onboard Manager in Australia since 2020, and he currently is the co-founder, head of operations and sales at Rah Ceylon in Sri Lanka. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Information Systems from RMIT University Australia, along with a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management. He brings analytical discipline and a commercial eye to Aaru's planning and delivery.
